My journey with VB Parking Operations began in 2018, where I quickly discovered my passion for the fast-paced, dynamic world of parking management. I started as a Cashier and soon advanced to Supervisor and then Night Manager, gaining firsthand experience in the importance of teamwork, customer service, and operational excellence. As I grew within the company, so did my interest in the broader scope of our operations, motivating me to dig deeper into processes, systems, and organizational efficiency.
Today, I serve as a Finance Manager, combining my operational background with my financial expertise to support the ongoing success of PCIMS University. In this role, I assist with training, development, and the continuous improvement of our internal systems. My goal is to equip our team members with the knowledge and confidence they need to excel in their roles and grow within the organization.
